We focus on building and operating for-sale, rental, and mixed-use communities near major employment centers and high density locals. Since its inception, WHS has been helping corporations and institutions, particularly those in high cost-of-living areas, provide affordable housing to its employees. From financial assistance programs to full housing development programs, we are skilled at designing, constructing, operating, managing and implementing employee housing programs. We provide the financing, design, construction, operational management, program administration and planning to serve the housing needs of employers both in the US and abroad. The goal is always to understand the unique needs of our client's business, and to custom-tailor our services around them. We partner with public and private employers, local, regional and national non-profit housing agencies and economic development organizations to provide housing solutions for essential employees.
